Subscription and Payment Information

• Subscription purchase history (subscription plan, renewal status, cancellation information)

• Note: Payment information (credit card, etc.) is processed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play Store and RevenueCat, not by Planerina

Device and Usage Information

• Device identifiers (Firebase installation ID, advertising identifier)

• Crash logs and app performance diagnostics (crash reports, loading times, performance metrics)

7. AI Wedding Assistant

Our app includes an AI-powered Wedding Assistant to provide personalized planning advice. To power this feature:

• When you ask the AI Assistant a question, your personal wedding information (including your names, wedding date, venue details, guest count, budget information, and vendor details) is shared with Google's Gemini API to generate personalized responses.
• This data is processed by Google to generate your response and is not used by Google to train or improve their AI models (per Google's API terms for paid usage).
• All data transmission to Google's servers is encrypted over HTTPS.
• You can use the app's core features (planning checklist, budget tracking, timeline, guest list, vendor management) without using the AI Assistant if you prefer not to share your data with a third-party AI service.
• Google's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

8. Subscription Payments and RevenueCat

The App uses RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage and process subscription payments. Here's how this works:

• When you subscribe to Planerina™, your payment information is processed through your device's native payment system (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), not directly by us.
• RevenueCat handles subscription management, including managing your subscription status, renewal, cancellation, and entitlements to all Planerina™ features.
• RevenueCat may receive information including your subscription status, renewal history, and anonymized device identifiers to manage your subscription across devices.
• All data transmission between your device and RevenueCat's servers is encrypted over HTTPS.
• You can manage your subscription directly through your device's app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• RevenueCat's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy, available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can manage your account settings within the App or contact us at weddings@planerina.app to exercise these rights.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The App may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience. You can control cookie settings through your device settings.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete such information immediately.
